A fixed plan, weekly progress, and a clean handover.
Most automations work on a normal Tuesday. Ours are tested against the bad Friday.
You know the cost and the timeline before we start. You see real progress every week. When we leave, your team can run what we built.
- First week
Review
A 45-minute call where we learn your setup and sketch the fixed version with you. You get a written blueprint within 24 hours. If you want to go further, we sign a mutual NDA, look at your tools with read-only access, and send a fixed-price proposal within 3 business days. Sometimes the answer is a small setting change, and we'll say so.
- 6 to 8 weeks
Build
Starts once you approve the proposal. We use ready-made tools where they'll hold up and custom code where they won't. You see progress every week.
- Before you see it
Stress test
We break it on purpose first: duplicate messages, bad data, a vendor changing something on a Friday.
- Launch onward
Hand over
Monitoring, alerts and written instructions ship with the work. Stay on a retainer if you like, or run it yourselves.
What we break before you see it.
Most automation fails on the odd day, not the normal one. We test the odd days first.
- Duplicate and out-of-order messages
- Partial failures halfway through a batch
- Vendors renaming fields without warning
- Rate limits and retry storms
- Timezone and currency mismatches
- Customers duplicated across systems
- Records deleted at the source
- Files larger than expected
